Kipping pull-ups

I want to give a BIG shout out to all the ladies at BayouCity Crossfit who have concurred the kipping pull-up! You know who you are. I have noticed some serious dertermination from many of you to master kipping the pull-up and you have succeeded! Keep up the hard work!!!!!!
